Budgyt is the Best!
We just started using it, for monthly re-forecasting and will use for our annual budget. Much easier to get input from department heads without sharing my bulky multi-co multi department spreadsheet. Users range from those only responsible for one expense, to managers responsible for multiple departments. With the GL import feature it allows users to see prior actual data without accessing our accounting program. Allows us to forecast how the year will end up compared to budget.

Great Cross-Team collaboration tool that empowers!
We use this for cross team budgeting and forecasting. It allows us to easily compare budgets based on team or type of expense.

Budgyt is great for Budgets!
Our organization uses the Budgyt Software in order to create a yearly budget that has 50 plus accounts to monitor throughout the year. The product has assisted me with being able to create a budget with ease as our company was using an outdated excel spreadsheet that was not user friendly.
- The software provides ease in making edits and changes while working with many scenarios that can be created within the platform.
- The visualizations are extremely helpful for presentations.
- Provides recorded training sessions to review at any time when learning the software
- Creating a symbol to click on to import from the software to the Desktop version of QuickBooks
Budgyt was adopted as our primary platform of choice for financial reporting and analysis. It was selected initially in order to implement a more sophisticated budget tool than Excel, and quickly became the obvious go-to solution for forecasting, analysis, and routine reporting. Problems addressed include: Limited/non-user-friendly access to financal data & clear,
legible reports are now easily distributed/accessible to our non-finance team
members, saving time for both finance & non-finance staff, and eliminating
questions arising from lack of clarity/version control in distribution of
financial info. The easy-to-use & understand format of Budgyt helps keep
things consistent. And most notably, the processes of budgetting and
forecasting have been completely revamped to work with the Budgyt platform
(from old manual, Excel-based processes).

Best Budgeting Tool.
We use Budgyt for budgeting & forcasting and it helps us solve the problems we used to face while using excel, as we have multiple companies and multiple departments that are involved for our annual budget. Its a user friendly tool and easy to learn and makes our day to day life easy.
- Solution for ultimate budeting needs.
- Provide each and every detail to GL levels.
- HR module is quite interesting where we can setup the whole payroll for budgeting.
- Inside setting up HR forumlas, it should give more than one filter criteria.
- Application got slow after putting the information of HR module and formuals, need to speed up.
- Selection of multiple companies with different GLs can be an option where it is lacking.
- Didn't see the multicurrency feature, can be a good add on.
Budgyt has saved me a great deal of time when it comes to managing my school's finances. It's very easy to use, and the features really simplified my budgeting process. The user-friendly dashboard allows me to easily move in and out of each school's finances and departments. Creating budgets with multiple scenarios is an amazing tool. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this software to anyone needing a cost-effective way to move away from excel. Budgyt will save you money and still provide the same functionality of some of these more costly products.

Easy to create and input budget information
even if there are multiple entities. You
can have multiple users with specific roles and track all changes. The payroll features are robust and you are
able to create numerous formulas and benefits that correlate to each employee
along with the ability to allocate employees’ expenses. The reporting is powerful and with a few
clicks, you’ll be able to analyze any entity, department, account, period, etc.

Budget efficiency redefined
We use Budgyt software for budgeting. Each department head became a user so they make their own updates vs. having the accounting team do this. The dashboard is a great tool for rolling up information by entity, by a single department, or in total. Salary allocations are possible across different entities and departments.

Budgyt helped us to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes. The tool is very intuitive and packed with excellent features. There are about 50 users who regularly submit and consume information. We predominantly use the platform as a source of truth and for self-service: no more broken formulas, flying excel spreadsheets, and consolidation nightmares. The learning curve was not steep at all. Finally, customer service is exceptional.

Answer to my prayers!!
As a nonprofit, I have 6 business managers who provide variance reports in Budgyt. We use Quickbooks and then export actual data to Budgyt, which houses our annual budget. The budgets are created by each manager and they are held to any variances. They then use these variances as one of their tools in setting the next year's budget...

- Comparison to previous year...budget or actual
- Rolling up or expanding the data based on the audience
- Automatic import or export for Quickbooks Desktop...but this is coming very soon!!

Great Value for a Helpful Tool
For annual budgeting purposes by department. Allows for planning of headcount and also different scenarios. The views are easy to modify and you can drill down to a very granular level. It is very simple to see exactly what you are looking for and see how things are being calculated, how changes impact the bottom line, and project department profitability at a given time.
